About Us

My name is Dontavais Johnson and I'm the founder of Superior Athletic Training. I was born and raised in Palm Beach County Florida and I'm the oldest of 5 siblings. 

I graduated high school in 2008 from Palm Beach Lakes Community High School. During my four years there, I competed on the track & field team and played football. I was ranked Defensive MVP on my football team, which granted me a full-scholarship to Hofstra University in Long Island, New York. My time at Hofstra was a great experience, but it was cut short when Hofstra terminated the football program. 

I continued my school studies as well as my football career at Coastal Carolina University, in Conway South Carolina. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts  in Communication and Health Promotion. 

After university I pursued football at the professional level. During this time I learned about what it takes to be a top athlete. I began coaching high school football and track & field, and started Superior Athletic Training.  

I have always had a passion for helping others. While growing up I was always involved in community service programs in my area.  When I'm not training, I have continued this tradition of giving back to my community. I will live by my motto on and off the field, Be Superior!
